New Kid on the Block

A lot of birds come in early spring and leave soon after.  I wasn't taking a chance on this fellow being here tomorrow.  He was going to get painted today! I do hope he stays; he's such a good model.
I painted this very quickly, the trick was not to be intimidated by such beauty.
